By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
American Digital Agency provides:
- Web design & development
- Branding
- Hosting & maintenance
- Digital consulting
- UI/UX services
Full scope is defined in each service agreement you sign.
2. Payments
Projects require an initial partial deposit to start.
Remaining payments follow the milestone schedule in the signed agreement.
Late payments may cause delays or suspension.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Accurate information
- Necessary content (text, images, etc.) as defined in the scope
- Timely feedback
Delays from the client extend delivery timelines. The company is not responsible for these delays.
4. Revisions
Agreements include a specified number of revisions.
Extra revisions are billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
All work remains the property of American Digital Agency until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, rights transfer to the client along with source files and website code after signing the delivery agreement.
We may use completed work for portfolio use unless the client requests otherwise.
6. Third-Party Tools
We are not responsible for:
- Plugin/theme conflicts
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting outages
- Price changes of third-party tools
Third-party tools/services are used only upon the client’s instructions or request.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Downtime
- Data breaches beyond our control
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate in writing. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. They cover planning, resource allocation, and initial work.
2. Refunds Before Work Starts / Partial Refund
If you cancel before work begins, a full refund may be issued, excluding administrative costs. Partial refunds may be issued based on completed and approved work.
3. No Refunds After Work Begins / Change of Mind
Once design, development, or strategy work has started, no refunds are issued.
4. Project Cancellation by Client
Client must pay for all completed work up to the cancellation date.
5. Inactivity
If the client is inactive for 30 days, the project may be paused. No refunds for abandoned projects.
6. Subscriptions (Hosting/Maintenance)
Subscription payments are non-refundable once the service period begins.
